９月は小児がん啓発・ゴールドリボン普及月間です！
毎年９月はCCI （Childhood Cancer International /国際小児がんの会） が世界に向けて提唱している 小児がん啓発月間です。
CCIでは、小児がんを支援する国際的なシンボルであるゴールドリボンの普及のために
今年は、「LET’S TURN THE WORLD GOLD/世界をゴールドに染めよう！」と、呼びかけています。
例えば、このキャンペーン期間中に、モニュメントや、建物をゴールドでライトアップすることや、各自で工夫を凝らしたゴールドリボンを飾ること、
小児がんやゴールドリボンを啓発するメッセージを各SNSに投稿したり、ゴールドを身に着けて写真を撮ってシェアをすること、
友人や家族、小児がん経験者とともに、小児がんについて話したり、考えたりすることなどを提案しています。
私たちも がんの子どもを守る会 職員もお揃いのゴールドリボンTシャツで写真を撮りました！
みなさんも世界をGOLDにする活動に参加して、この活動を周囲の方に広げてください。

of childhood cancer champions, advocates and supporters
encourage iconic buildings,
historic landmarks, monuments, bridges and natural environments to
Go Gold by lighting them up in GOLD or
by hanging huge gold ribbons.

A number of you in Oceania, Europe and North America have been doing this as part of International Childhood Cancer Awareness Month celebrations for the past years. Last year, many more of you in Latin America, Asia and Africa, joined and supported the CCI international campaign to GO GOLD and Light Up Gold, Light Up Hope4kidswith cancer.
We invite you to share your stories about how you successfully TURNED your countries GOLD and created a GOLD GLOW of HOPE.

in our CCI website and social media platforms.
For the month of September, we encourage you to THINK GOLD in 8 other different ways…
